See an ENT: A blocked nose can arise for a multitude of reasons, ranging from fixed, structural problems like a deviated septum to seasonal allergies. If this has been bothering you for a while, it is time to see an ENT for evaluation.

Consult ENT/Plastic: You should consult an ENT or plastic surgeon who specializes in nasal surgery. They can determine the exact cause, potentially prescribe medications (although probably not helpful for mechanical obstruction). If there is surgical intervention appropriately necessary, then they can propose a septoplasty for definitive surgical management.

See ENT: See an ear, nose and throat doctor for an examination and treatment options. In the mean time you may find breath rite strips, available at the drug store may help.
