Post nasal drip: No it doesn't. Consider use of neti pot for the mucus. Mix ¼ tsp salt w 1 cup lukewarm water. More salt can also be used. Place solution in neti pot. Tilt head & pour solution into 1 nostril. Blow nose lightly & spit out any liquid that drains into throat. Repeat on other side. This can be done in the evening before you go to bed & again in the morning. Take care.

Not necessarily: It is possible to have internal nasal damage without any visible external damage after nasal trauma. If you are still having new onset nasal symptoms 6 weeks after nasal trauma, it is reasonable to see an otolaryngologist to assess the status of the nose.

Deviated septum?: This can only be determined by physical examination. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
