My nose is blocked. is this sign of a sinus. i had deviated naval septum, got it operated twice and i think it's back. or is this a dust allergy?

You could have 1 or2: Obstructive sinusitis is always a possibility, even after surgery, but allergies are more likely. Generic singular and a decongestant are your best options for the short term. Water vapor helps with nasal congestion, which is made worse by winter dryness!

Not sure: It depends on your symptoms. Dust allergy would usually cause both sides to be congested and drippy, probably with some nasal itching. Eye itch might also be present. Since you have suffered and gone through two operations for this, it would probably be a good idea to see an allergist for skin testing (it's not like getting a shot, don't worry.) this would also allow you a second opinion.
