No: It may suggest an infection, but does not check for STD’s. If you suspect a STD make sure you have the right test by mentioning your worries to the doc, so that you will have proper treatment.

Gonorrhea & Chlamydi: Usual UTI does not test for STDs. Urine testing for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia is available but these tests are only done if requested specifically and are not part of routine UTI.
