A member asked:

Hi, i went to my healthcare provider in july for a physical and an uddate of my rx for b12. they failed to send the blood for b12 analysis. i received a rx for 10 shots only, non-refillable. i have moved and don't have a new doctor yet. how can i get a new rx for b12? i really don't want to go to a physician/clinic now because my county is in the high orange/red for covid. b12 rx?

Sub-lingual: While waiting to find a new doctor for B12 shots prescription, you may be able to get replacement B12 through sub-lingual B12, available over the counter. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Wish you good health!
