Dry&burnin eyes since a month.no discharge/redness.even trehalube is not helping.doctor prescribed antiallergy drops which have increased burnin further.this is happening ever since i have changed my diet to high protein diet(gym) & had covid vaacine?

burning eyes is often a result of dryness. I first suggest an evaluation of your hydration status. In that a healthy adult male should get 4 liters of fluid per day from all sources. If you work outside and sweat that value could be more. Next frequent use of non preserved artificial tears, 6-8x per day. Failing this seek an exam with an ophthalmologist
