Panic attacks : These can be treated depending on the level of the problem. Sometimes medications are needed. Most often working on the underlying emotional conflict through therapy is best to get to the root of the issue.

Panic attacks: Panic attacks can be triggered by different things in different people. It is important to try to identify your triggers. It maybe helpful to keep a log of when and how often your attacks occur to try to determine a pattern. Deep breathing can be helpful to ease an anxiety attack. Inhaling for 6 seconds, holding it for 6 seconds and then exhaling for 6 seconds. Then repeat. Meditation is good
