Sinusitis: Bacterial sinus infection generally produces yellow or green mucus and may accompany facial pain, pressure, fever and nasal obstruction. You may have a viral infection with nasal/sinus inflammation and systemic viral syndrome symptoms which are more mild than an acute bacterial infection but since we dont know your medical history its difficult to say. Try OTC meds for symptoms, rest & hydrate.
