Vomiting,headache: Persistent headache and vomiting for a week is very concerning and warrants an evaluation ASAP, preferably in the hospital emergency room where prompt attention, testing and consultants, like a neurologist, can be obtained. Concerns would be migraine with dehydration, meningitis,aneurysym, increased intracranial pressure from bleeding, tumor, severe hypertension
