GERD or Indigestion: Late dinner, spicy or fatty food causing poor digestion followed by midnight vomiting is possible. Headache possible due to lack of sleep. Must make a change in diet and avoid food that provoke vomiting at night, eat early dinner, avoid large meals at bedtime, must not eat last 4 hours before bedtime, avoid spicy and greasy food, chew the food very well. If still persists see a doctor.
