Time for a visit: I am concerned anytime a kid has morning vomiting with a headache.It is one of the red flags for something going on in the brain itself. During sleep, your breathing is a bit slower & shallower & co2 can be retained, causing blood vessels to dilate.If something is going on in the brain this can increase pressure in the head.It might just be sinus drainage sours her stomach, but i'd get her examined.
