Infection/Chemical: White tongue is a fungus infection. Other symptoms could be infections or a chemical imbalance. Need to get to your physician now.

Still can't find what's wrong with me. Ive been having yellow tongue, joint pain, weight loss of 4kg, fatigue, lump feeling in throat and headaches.
Its been 24 hours since my 2 year old head butted me hard in back of head while I was sitting, he standing. I still have a small headache and tiredness but no other symptoms. Am I at risk of a brain bleed still? I had no vomiting nor did I pass out?
