Immediate evaluation: Although this certainly suggests a migraine headache this seems to be going on way too long to ignore. Headache of 3 months duration with vomiting should have been evaluated in an ER or UC clinic; additionally you will need a CT scan of your brain. 3 months is a worrisome presentation.
