my foot ran into the bottom of a girls cleat during a soccer game. the top of my foot is bruised and like a bubble foot. what is the best treatment?

Ice and compression : If the skin is not broken, then concerns of an infection developing is unlikely. If black and blue with a “bubble “ possibly a broken blood vessel. Ice and compression the first 48 hours. Contrast bath subsequently.
