My infant had his face in my chest where he couldn't breathe for a while, idk how long- 10 minutes maybe, i positioned him back correctly but could the lack of oxygen he had effect him even if he does not completely suffocate? 2 weeks old?

Evaluation: Please have your son evaluated by his pediatrician. Watch for signs of poor feeding, lethargy and if these signs are present, please go to the Emergency room. If you could see his chest moving while his face was on your chest, he was making a respiratory effort. Check his coloration and breathing and watch for signs of distress. Ensure that his nose and mouth are uncovered.
