Tricky diagnosis: Chronic endometritis is a tricky diagnosis. I would check with the doctor on how it was diagnosed and how they will monitor to determine if the problem is fixed. Endometrial biopsy is one tool. Outside of PID, gonorrhea, and chlamydia infections, it is not a common diagnosis. Tuberculosis is another rare cause as well as most transcervical gyn surgeries.
