I have a pelvic infection and am on flagyl 500 mg 2x a day and doxycycline 100mg 2x a day. my temp was 98.3 this morning and now its 99.3. should i be concerned? worried?

Everyone' temperature varies over the course of the day, generally lowest in the morning and highest in the afternoon evening. 99.3 is entirely within the normal range. (98.6F is not the top normal, just the average over the course of a day. Anything under 100F generally is not a fever.
