Hi back in 2016 radiologist found a hypoechoic,well defined area measuring 6mm in my right breast it was wider then taller with no posterior shadows,i followed it till march 2019 and it was the same,do i need to follow it any further? i dont feel it?

Mammo in March showed area of interest right breast. Had an ultrasound that the radiologist said was" probably" a cyst and said had no suspicious features. She told me to come back in 6 months for a follow up . Very nervous about breast cancer. 43F
January 2017 at age 29 my sonologist found a hypoechoic lesion measuring 35mm in right breast 2cm away from nipple at 1 o'clock position.lesion remained stable in follow up ultrasounds measuirng the same size in october 2020 do i need to follow it?
