January 2017 at age 29 my sonologist found a hypoechoic lesion measuring 35mm in right breast 2cm away from nipple at 1 o'clock position.lesion remained stable in follow up ultrasounds measuirng the same size in october 2020 do i need to follow it?

Radiologist should give his (her) opinion about the need of follow-up or not. This tiny lesion has not changed for almost 4 years so I am not concerned too much because a malignant lesion won't stay the same that long. If the lesion has a smooth contour, it is likely benign and negligible. For your peace of mind, please discuss with the reading radiologist. Good luck.
