I had taken a 10 day course of doxycycline then had a rocephin shot 3 days later with a 10 day course of levaquin if i did have oral gonorrhea/chlamydia would that have helped?

100% effective: The ceftriaxone (Rocephin) alone would have cured gonorrhea anywhere in your body (genital, oral, anal); and doxycycline would have done the same for chlamydia. There is no possibility you still have it after these treatments.
