Can't say: Rarely will the appearance or location of a bite reveal what did it. If you catch the bug in the act, you can, otherwise there is no way to know.

Bites: Many skin lesion resemble insect bites without being true bites but rather skin conditions. If persistent, would suggest having your doc examine your skin lesions.
