I have red, extremely itchy spots on my legs about 1/3 of an inch wide. i had three the past few days and a fourth showed up today. i thought they were bug bites but they arent getting better and my legs have been covered yet theres a new one.

Bug bites? Hives?: Itchy bumps on separate parts of the body may be bug bites or hives, or may be small boils (skin infections; like pimples). A visit to one's doctor is helpful, as bumps are very hard to describe in words. Others causes of bumps are possible. If the bumps are mysterious-looking, a dermatologist or primary care doctor can examine them... either online (video consultation) or in-person.
