UTI? STD?: Painful urination often means infection. In males your age, STDs are most likely, especially gonorrhea or chlamydia. These usually cause abnormal discharge (drip) from the penis as well as pain on urinating. A non-STD urinary tract infection is possible, but rare at your age. The main thing is to get medical care ASAP. Good luck.
