Could you tell me why i pee almost a quart of urine every time i'm sexually aroused?

But, analyzing the onset, degree, duration, interval, & progress of peeing a quart after sex over time will help gain some insights into what may happen to you. But one may speculate the temporary situational change in circulation and nerve conduction of urogenital region during sexual arousal may play role.
