I had 8 hpv warts around my anus which were surgically removed 7 warts came back with no dysplasia but 1 came back with ain3 dysplasia which was completely exercised but what happens from here? am i still high risk?

HPV Virus: Unfortunately HPV is a virus that excels in hiding asymptomatically in the body. There is a good chance that you will get more outbreaks. Since you have had dysplasia, you should be checked every 6 months by your Dr to catch any outbreaks early. further excision or chemical treatment can keep the warts from progressing to cancer.
