On/off headaches for 4 days.started with pain in throat, neck, head and shoulders.i feel better generally besides the headaches.hurts more to turn neck certain ways. pain is mainly in my face/back of head but it varies. any suggestions? thanks?

It seems that it might be from your neck muscles or spinal nerves. Use local heat, OTC ibuprofen for a few days . If not better you will need an exam.
