Upper back -shoulder blade pain, pinching and strain. sore sides of the neck. bending the neck down increases the pinching and pain in shoulder blades. so times this leads to headache on the back of the head.

Sorting this out: You may have issues in neck and worthwhile getting neck films. Perhaps see your doctor and consider physical therapy. Use muscle relaxant and local warmth. Hope this is a valuable approach.
