Antihistamines: Use over the counter eye drops specific for allergies that contain anithistamines (Naphazoline or Ketotifen). Many also contain a decongestant (phenyramine) to promote drainage. You can use the antihistamine only versions for longer periods of time. Do not use the ones containing decongestants for more than a week. Oral antihistamines can also help (loratadine, cetirizine)
