Mgt and workup: I would advise using a very basic soap such as white Dove soap. Avoid all perfumed products including shampoo. The reaction may also be to cleaning products and using natural cleaning products and rinsing the tub well prior to bath time may help. I would suggest an antihistamine and evaluation.
