1ml restylane lip filler for the first time from a dr. post 2weeks still lumpy and tender if massaged. is this normal ? also if the lumps are permanent,will they dissolve completely over the next 12 months back to normal without dissolving injections?

Temporary: Lumps will go down, but it might take several months. Dissolving injections (hyalurinidase) are not necessary unless the lumps are large and you want them gone now. Tenderness will resolve on its own.
