Get a culture : You had the "usual" treatments for what sounds like external otitis. Ask your physician do a culture and sensitivity of the discharge (including fungal culture)in case you have an unusual infection. It is also possible that you have an allergic reaction to a component of one of the drops; stop these for now. Homemade drops 50% rubbing alchohol/50% white vinegar are safe if tolerated.

Ref to Neurotology: Need to be seen by ear specialist. Could be many things. A couple on my DDX would be fungal otitis externa and cholesteatoma. But need more clinical information to better determine.
