Rash: It sounds like your son may have had an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions can be from foods, medications, environmental changes, exposure to chemicals. I would recommend you take him to see his primary care doctor. If he has difficulty breathing or swelling of face, tongue, throat, call 911 or report to the emergency room as some allergic reactions can be life threatening.
