Possibly: Anemia can be a cause of itch, but the list is very long and includes thyroid disease, kidney problems, eczema/dry skin, and certain cancers (such as leukemia) to name a few. It can be helpful to moisturize the skin several times per day and use gentle cleansers to calm it down, but you need to be evaluated for the underlying cause of your itch, and given some prescription-strength treatments.
