Varicose vein/c doc: Although this may just be from varicose veins, since they are painful, you need to see your doctor to make sure that you do not have a blood clot in the leg veins which may lead to life-threatening consequence if not treated . That swollen and itchy hands are likely from contact allergy (something you use on your hands) which may require a dermatology consultation.
