May be poor veins: The legs tend to get blood pooling when we stand up and walk. Competent veins help the blood and fluid to move up against gravity , but bad veins get congested and allow edema to fill causing discomfort and pain in the legs which can be subtle. Support stockings may help.

Family practice : You are young but whenever you have symptoms with walking around you think of circulation problems. Usually leg pain. You are describing burning and itching. Possibly related to your allergies. Diabetes can cause nerve discomfort.
