Improper Med Use: If you suffer from allergies and use a daily nasal spray the redness and swelling on one side could be from improper medication technique. If you use a daily nasal spray make sure to aim spray toward the outside of nose (don't aim straight up or toward the septum) as this can cause irritation and nose bleeds. Try nasal gel to help with dryness and saline rinse.
