It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination. Since you do not have any symptoms, you may watch and wait. If the spot more than doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, develops a nodule, other spots develop, you get fever or lose weight, see a doctor.
