Need work up: Need work up for obstruction at ureter , yes stone and tumor can cause, but more often a benign vascular band rather than cancer is the cause , before you worry you need more work up . Direct visualization and by passing obstruction with a a stent catheter ( double j ) most likely will be one, speak to your doctor.
