Fussy: Could be either or both. As your child should begin seeing a Dentist, preferably a pediatric dental specialist, a Pedodontist, by 1st b'day, it's time to call to make an appointment. If the office you call says wait until baby is 2 or 3, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Age 1 is stated Standard of Care.
