No safety issues: Exilis elite uses monopolar radio frequency (RF) energy and ultrasound to stimulate fat lipolysis (the breakdown of fat cells) and collagen production. Ultherapy uses just ultrasound to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Since you did not see any results with RF plus ultrasound, it would be highly unlikely that the ultrasound only method would work much better. No safety issues.

Hi! I am male and 37 years old. Had Ultherapy 8 weeks ago for the lower face. Since then I weekly take standard photos to view the difference - but there is absolute no difference. Is it possible that one cannot see any lifting after 8 weeks? Thanks?
