No safety issues: Exilis elite uses monopolar radio frequency (RF) energy and ultrasound to stimulate fat lipolysis (the breakdown of fat cells) and collagen production. Ultherapy uses just ultrasound to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Since you did not see any results with RF plus ultrasound, it would be highly unlikely that the ultrasound only method would work much better. No safety issues.
