All three claim best: Ulthera is an ultrasound treatment that is supposed to tighten the skin. Exilis and thermage are radio frequency treatments that are supposed to tighten the skin. Patients will respond differently to these treatments. They are all effective but how much is the question. Their is no clear champion. Whichever works for the individual patient is the best one.
