Ulthera Different: Ulthera gives great results. In fact we even guarantee the results in our clinic. It is not however a substitute for liposuction. We do however use them in combination to achieve marvelous results in a minimally invasive fashion.

Not a waste of $: Ultherapy is focused ultrasound energy that tightens and lifts the soft tissue of the face and neck. The ultrasound energy bypasses the surface of the skin and is focused to tissue deep to the skin. Liposuction is actually a procedure that sucks out the subcutaneous fat through small incisions. Ultherapy may provide a slimming affect but this is secodary to the tightening effect good results!

Different: Ultherapy is not a direct substitute for liposuction. All therapy is used to lift and tighten the tissues of the cheeks, neck, and eyebrows. I have had several patients c. Dramatic improvements in the jawline and neck with ultherapy alone, and there results are similar to neck liposuction.
