Wrinkles under eyes: Can be treated by blepharoplasty surgery or facial chemical peels, but both of these require healing and down-time. Ultherapy uses ultrasonic energy to stimulate (mild) collagen building and some improvement in skin tone. Exilis uses rf (radiofrequency energy) to stimulate collagen growth. Both work reasonably well for non-invasive, no down-time, pain-free procedures, but do not replace surgery!
