I had an iui on 14 day my follicle size was 2.5 today i went for sonography still don't rupture i took an hcg on day 12 evening .will the egg rupture around 16or 17 day?

Fertility ?'s: Using IUI for conception success will depend on several other factors. If you have regular periods (24-32 day intervals) , follicles will rupture 14 days prior to the onset of a period. Prior to using IUI , ask your gyn physician about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to make sure your tubes are open. HCG shots cause ovulation with mature follicles. Other fertility measures might be necessary.
