Will iui work even with out releasing eggs? i had two matured follicals each right & left side. after hcg shot 10000, eggs didn't release in36 hours.

Unsure: No. You can;t get pregnant if the eggs dont release. It is extremely rare to take that shot and not have the eggs release unless you take it incorrectly. So the bigger question is why you think the eggs did not release? You may not feel them release at all. And ultrasound is not helpful for that either.
