Hcg trigger shot on the 20th june (2 follicles @ 21mm on each side) and iui on 22nd june (i had a mild pain this day). but on 24th june i got a ovulation like pain than on the day of iui. why did it happen?

Hard to say: We often can explain single episodes of pain that resolve. Most serious causes of pain persist and/ or get worse. It appears you are under the care of a infertility expert so keeping close follow up with that doctor will be useful to monitor your progress
