LUF: Luteinized Unruptured Follicle can sometimes happen. The follicle just does not rupture and there is no release of egg. Sometimes, elevated testosterone levels in PCOD can be associated with LUF. Please discuss with your doctor your options. It does not happen every cycle. so, please do not lose hope. Maybe next cycle will be easier and successful. Good Luck!
