None: You cannot tell who is HIV positive. It's best to play it very, very safe nowadays, and drop the barrier protection only when you're in a long-term relationship with someone you truly know well -- and before that, get tested together just to be sure.

HIV Symptoms: Often times there are no symptoms. And once you are (if you are) positive there may not be any symptoms for a long time. But, when someone feels their new infection it is like the worse flu of your life. Muscle aches, fatigue, and sometimes a pale full body rash. If you have high risk behavior then please find a doctor or clinic that knows how to do the new testing with an HIV rna/dna viral.
