Test results are taken into account with what the patient reports, the physical exam, lab tests, and all other diagnostic tests. Had routine urinalysis. Nitrite positive, LEUKOCYTE ESTERASE 2+, WBC 6-10, BACTERIA moderate. Was told if there are no symptoms there is no need for a culture, is this correct? Thank you?
