Any symptoms? : Female after menopause have frequently UTI ( urinary tract infection) without symptoms or it may be bacterial contamination form skin. These are typical markers of possible infection but in absence of symptoms - best to do urinalysis and urine culture to determine bacteria. if no bacteria detected and trade of blood persists - consult urologist . Drink plenty of fluids and keep good hygiene.
